LinkedIn, 4pm: “Can I pick your brain for 30 min?”

Send a link. Get paid for the call.

No monthly fee. 10% when you charge, capped at $25. Card untouched until Start.

  • No monthly subscription
  • No guest accounts
  • Paid to your Stripe

Why guests say yes

Saving a card here isn't the same as paying.

Three reasons the “can I pick your brain?” guest stays when they see a card field.

  • No Start, no charge.

Saving a card doesn't charge it. If you never tap Start, the card stays untouched.

  • Your rate before any card field.

The join page shows your name, your rate, and what they're agreeing to before any card field appears.

  • Your Stripe account gets paid.

The guest pays your Stripe account. GoCall never holds your money. Receipts, refunds, and disputes stay in your Stripe dashboard.

How it works

Make a link.
Send it.
Get paid.

Three steps, a few minutes. Each link carries its own rate, notes, and expiry.

  1. Step 1 of 3:

    Mint a link.

Hourly or fixed-price. Each link is per-conversation: one guest, one expiry.

  2. Step 2 of 3:

    Send it where they asked.

Paste it into the DM, email reply, or LinkedIn thread that started the conversation. The guest sees your rate and saves a card through Stripe. No GoCall account on their end.

  3. Step 3 of 3:

Tap Start when the real call begins.

Hourly starts the meter. Fixed-price captures in full. Nothing charges before you tap.

Hourly vs fixed-price

Two billing modes.
Same call, same room.

Pick the one that fits the conversation. Some hosts use both side by side.

Hourly

Billed by the minute.

Set a rate. Tap Start and Stop. The guest pays for billed time, not time in the room. The meter pauses automatically when either of you leaves the call.

Good for: open-ended advice, working sessions, second opinions.

$300/hr · 22 min billed$110 charged

Fixed-price

Charged in full at Start.

Price the package up front. The full amount is captured the moment you tap Start. No metering, no overage.

Good for: 30-min reviews, audits, intros, vetting calls.

$150 · 30-min review$150 at Start

Pricing

10% per completed call. Capped at $25.

Marketplaces take more on bigger calls because they sell you discovery. GoCall doesn't, since you already have the guest. The cap stays at $25, even on a $5,000 call.

Your guest pays your Stripe account. GoCall never holds your money. No subscription, no setup fee. Stripe processing applies.
